A classic salad made with crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a creamy, tangy Caesar dressing.

  1. Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces; pat dry.
  2. Prepare croutons by toasting bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper (optional).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing ingredients or use store-bought.
  4. Add romaine to a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
  5. Toss gently to coat the leaves evenly.
  6. Add croutons and shaved Parmesan.
  7. Toss lightly again and serve immediately.
